That looks really good.

One thing though. What’s the green thing, no not the bottle on the right but that stuff on the plate on the left, the leafy stuff. Is that fancy table decoration?

That’s just more surface area for sweet grill marks. A nice steak is the perfect dinner, with something simple like potatoes or greens. Love the Laphroig as well.
